Fundamental Science

Microgravity represents a new frontier to study novel processes across disciplines. The lack of gravity unlocks mechanisms and phenomena that are hidden or suppressed in Earth-based studies. As a result, in-space platforms can lead to otherwise impossible discoveries. Additionally, as humanity ventures into space, fundamental science is vital to understand the different physical and biological phenomena that our transportation systems, and our bodies, will experience to optimize preparation for these domains.
