Mark Keough

Mark Keough is a Managing Director at Hudson Advisors (UK) Ltd, where he works as an Operating Partner on behalf of Lone Star Funds, based in Dallas, TX.

Mark has spent over 30 years in the private equity industry as a senior manager in portfolio companies, a co-investor and as an operating partner.  Prior to his role at Lone Star, Mark was the CEO of a Cerberus Capital Partners portfolio company, and an operating partner at Montagu Private Equity.  In 2000, Mark led the management team in a successful Chapter 11 buyout of a Fortune 500 company (CHS Electronics Inc) which he managed for several years before selling to a competitor.

Earlier in his career, Mark was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he was elected as a partner and led their worldwide purchasing & supply management practice.

Mark was graduated from MIT with two Bachelor of Science degrees and received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1982.
